Adam was great. The furnace wasn’t flashing Dx code, so Adam had to do a bit of trouble shooting to identify the root cause of the issue.He is greatThat being said, I’m a 47yr old landlord and I might be out of touch with current rates, but $350-ish seemed very expensive for less than an hour service call(no parts needed)
