I came here last year and had a not-so-great experience with the staff and would’ve rated this place 1 or 2 stars, but my family had appointments 2 weeks in a row and the new staff, the gals in the “office”, are awesome. Very kind, informative and kid friendly, my daughter loved talking with them, one of them even went out and got books for the kids to read in the waiting area. A night and day change from the staff in the past who were rude and seemed like they hated their job. We all got glasses and my girlfriends glasses were ready in 8 days after being told they would be ready in 4 to 5 weeks. The ladies, sara and Sophia have been extremely helpful with information about the lack of attention to the call center to even book appointments. The call center to book appointments SUCKS!!!! I've called more then 20 times in a few hours and no one at the call center EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DID THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE TO THEM AND THEIR TIME ON THEIR PHONES OR WHATEVER THEY THINK THAT THEY CAN DO OTHER THAN TAKE CUSTOMERS CALLS AND BOOK APPOINTMENTS LIKE THEIR SUPPOSED TO!!!!!! ??????? My suggestion would be to fire all of your call center and hire a whole brand new team thank you have a nice day
