I needed to find a new place for a haircut because the lady that had been cutting it retired.I noticed a coupon on the back of a grocery receipt for $5 off at this location.I walked in when they opened with no appointment. I was greeted by Kayla, and she gave me a great haircut. I was a bit skeptical at first since I'm very picky about who cuts my hair, but she put me at ease, and I'm very pleased with the results. I know that I'll be going back in the future.

I was in need of a quick haircut and was near so i went on there app and my appointment was in 15 minutes, i made a stop and was right on time, i explained what i was looking for as a haircut and the stylist did it perfectly, i asked her name so i could ask for her in the future and turned out she was the manager, very friendly, clean environment so i would recommend great clips and its my new go to since my stylist of 25 years has retired, the price was reasonable and add on $5 off from my pick n save receipt

Three stars, and only because the one lady that is always working there does a great job cutting my hair. The app always gives wrong wait times, because they don't have enough people staffed ... One, to be exact. Told it would be 45 minutes on the app when it was actually twice that, and I didn't have time to wait."I'm next in line" WRONG, I had two people ahead of me. Total crock of $#!+ frustrating
