The electrician (Randy) showed up exactly at the time scheduled and did excellent work changing three light fixtures out in my house. I used Flat Rate a couple of years prior for some grounding work, which was well done. I appreciated the senior discount to an already fair price. The electrician was friendly, courteous, and informative. I highly recommend Flat Rate and won't hesitate to use their services again.
