Hate these offices hide behind a call center and won't answer even if the call center calls. Also they don't always return messages. Today I got a call that her jaw surgery was moved to September because dr. O Connell said she missed several appointment in February we missed skipped my mind due to her grandfather's death. Mid Feb went to have her bands replaced. They scheduled her next appointment April 24th then got a call and Was told we needed to come back like April 3rd. Of course big Wisconsin snow storm hits. I called and canceled when the call center asked if I wanted to reschedule I said well she has an April 24th appointment if they want to see her sooner...read full review

Service was awesome I was 15 minutes late and only waited 10 minutes before I was called to the back. At midtown I was 10 minutes early the had to wait over a hour then they tell me they can’t do it today cause they was over booked ?? Him and his assistant took there time and explained everything he was going to do and also advised me on the next step to get my mouth completed finally. It took midtown more over a year every 8 weeks I was back. He got the job completed today. He used Oral jel before he used the needle to make it more comfortable. He let it get completely numb before removing my tooth and was not in a rush. I will take that 45 minute drive for now on...read full review

Took mom in for her first visit to this location, waited about 10 min, she had some X-rays done, doctor came in, made some observations. Now we have to wait about a month to see if insurance will cover.
