Joining Chay's has been a great investment in my daughters growth as well as my own health. What my.daughter is learning goes beyond kicking and punching, she is learning life skills. Before the school tournament she was nervous and uncertain, she pushed through and won 2 trophies for forms and board breaking. The lesson she learned that day was invaluable, I appreciate deeply all the effort the school and it's instructors put foward every day. I myself since joining the Krav Maga classes have shed 20+ lbs. Krav Maga has giving me my health back and an opportunity to connect with my daughter through practicing what we learned.
