We recently purchased new flooring from Carpet City and couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the moment we walked in, the sales staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and, most importantly, knowledgeable.
Instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive option, our salesperson took the time to ask us thoughtful questions about our lifestyle, foot traffic, and budget. They guided us through many different types of carpet selections, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each, which helped us feel confident in our final decision.
