Trista at the Racine office is an expert in picking out the right flooring, with an excellent eye and talent for interior decorating. She went above and beyond, brought samples, and made the selection stress free. She was easy to communicate with and returned emails promptly. The salesperson asked thoughtful questions about lifestyle, foot traffic, and budget, guiding customers through many different types of carpet selections and explaining the pros and cons of each. Prices are very competitive, and the process from ordering to delivery was seamless and efficient. The timeline was perfect, and delivery was right on schedule. The installers are perfectionists. The installation crew did a great job, cleaned up before they left, and were nice and quick. The entire process, from purchase to installation, was pleasant and stress free. Customers couldn't be happier and highly recommend Carpet City for excellent customer service and great value.
