I called to set up some estimates for home improvements. I was telling Tony about some repairs I needed done but I was in no hurry to get them done. It could wait until our appointment. When he heard that my front door was broke and did not shut securely, he came out within the hour and had it repaired. That is REAL Customer Service!!! I am still so thankful. Tony, the owner of Cardinal Restore & Construct, Inc, is prompt, knowledgeable, professional and reliable. In addition he is cheerful, helpful and kind. He was recommended to us by our Erie Insurance adjustor. They worked seamlessly to make our remodel financially possible.
