We always take for granted for what we have until we don't have it! We had NO hot water for two days, as our hot water tank gave out! Which meant boiling water for baths and microwaving water in the mornings to wash your face and brush your teeth. Huge thank you to Bulilding Waters, Inc for being here (as promised and actually early) at 7:45 am to install our new hot water tank! They are always my go to for all plumbing and heating needs whether it's been routine or an emergency! Six years now and they have never let us down. Thank you!
I woke up at 630 am to my house at 48 degrees and felt immediately panicked. Most companies soak you when you need same day help so I was anxious trying to put a plan in place. I called Building Waters around 730 am and was quoted a 1 pm appt. By 9 am I got a call from technician Ben that he was 5 mins from my home and could he come early? Eureka!!! By shortly after 11 he had the job completed (needed to leave for parts). Ben was personable, polite and professional. I have used BW for plumbing before and will continue to use them for plumbing and heating in the future! Great experience!!
