I would give zero stars this place needs to be shut down they are absolutely lazy and horrible, unprofessional and especially Julie the physician assistant and her ma Ruth I strongly advise against them.

Can never get a telephone call through to this clinic as no one ever picks up the phone. Switched to a new provider here made it to one appointment scheduled another appointment six months down the road only to find out that that clinician is out on leave so I schedule with another one that is covering for that clinician by time that Appointment timeframe comes. They call me a few days earlier to tell me that that clinician is also out on leave now and I would have to reschedule again and I would have to send these messages through the LiveWell app Because no one answers the phone there so I ended up having to go back to my primary care doctor that’s located further...read full review
