I'm an Engineer and like being prepared for things. That being said it was time to investigate the options available in Assisted Living. Just in case. I visited many in the Fox Valley Area. I had a mental check list of what I would be looking for to best suit my wife and myself. Taking notes at each establishment. We both agreed that The Landings Of Kaukauna would be our best option. We found through our visits to many places that The Landings Of Kaukauna checked all the boxes and I had a lot. Even though Cindy and I had a short experience with The Landings, from day one we felt welcomed and part of the family. The staff is amazing and every day I visited I met more people who welcomed me with a smile.
Diane always greeted me at the door with positive energy. Sophia, the activities coordinator, was always present with a smile and did her best to get Cindy to participate in activities. Jesse ,the maintenance support, was there to help with the moving of furniture and disposal.
I felt very comfortable knowing Cindy was being well taken care of and I could visit at anytime.
Thank you to the entire staff for all their support until the end.
