Physical Therapy Courtney was fantastic and listened to all my concerns and put a plan into action for me to work on strengthening my core areas of my hips and lower back! First time there and so glad I went!

Husband is going for PT after knee replacement and is also a club member. He says staff is friendly and knowledgable. He also takes water classes there. The place is well kept and clean.

It is good for a community exercise facility. It does cater to a different age bracket than I am, and that is why the selection of equipment is what it is. I do not fault them for that. The only thing that would make this a 5 star review is to have pool hours that were not in the middle of the day. I would like to be able to use that portion of the facility but cannot make it when it is open, anything we can do here?
