“Called the clinic as a new client at 4:30pm, receptionist was very helpful and kind. She assured me if I needed an emergency vet she would send one. Don’t end up needing emergency trip , called next morning just for a follow up, again different receptionist was so nice. Dr. Matt came to check out our horse, made my daughter (the horse owner) feel like she mattered and included her in the conversation. He complimented her in her animal and assured her that her horse would be okay. We will definitely be repeat clients at Southwest Veterinary Services.“
