The nasty letter that was sent to my mother was very uncalled for and unprofessional. So she forgot her Eye Appt....she had a lot on her mind, much more important things like an appointment with her oncologist. She apologized to you people profusely and you still chose to send her your letter. She will NEVER be back and I hope a lot of other people see this and choose a caring place. Not the PDC Gunderson Lutheran eye clinic!
