Ordered plant basket for a funeral thru the funeral service website as I was unfamiliar with the local florists. Large Plant basket ordered and arrived for service. Huge discrepancy between what was pictured and what was received. After getting shop information from funeral home and contacting the owner I provided the pictures. She offered to exchange the item….just bring it to the shop or have my Aunt leave it on the porch. My Aunt is 85 and mourning the loss of her husband and since I live out of town this isn’t going to happen.She mentioned if we had called the shop directly this would not have happened .

I’ve used The Flower Company a few times to deliver flowers to my girlfriend. The flowers are always fresh and last a long time and the delivery fee is reasonable.The shop itself has a lot of cool items to purchase too.
