We were SO happy with Raven. We got several quotes to get our roof redone. They were the best price and the quickest to respond. They didn't skimp on quality. The owner is great at communicating and is the one who gave us the initial free estimate, as well as the full contract and then the final inspection as well. Very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. We couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were! He said they would start at 7am and they were all there early setting up and started tearing our old shingles off at 7am. We have a rather large roof and they got everything done by 3:30pm the same day! They covered surrounding landscape with a tarp to not damage things. I couldn't believe how thorough they cleaned up. They left our patio cleaner than it was when they got there. They've got a full crew who knows what they are doing. Very fast and efficient.
Had raven exteriors come out after the June 2nd storms. Ron was very quick to come out and look at the damages. He was very straight forward about what the outcome of the repairs would be and they were done very quickly!
I'm very happy that I chose Raven Exteriors to install a new roof on my home. The work crew had to work around and through rain, with severe storms on the way. They wouldn't quit until they knew that my home was protected from rain damage. They cleaned up everything nicely...even the smallest pieces of debris. Ron is very easy to work with, concerned that the job is getting done properly, and informed me of any delays due to weather issues. My new roof looks great. This is definitely a five-star company.
