Prime Horizon, Inc. provides a wide range of health care services for adults and children with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and the elderly. Their offerings include supportive home care, supported apartment living, and adult day programs, all tailored to meet individual needs. The team at Prime Horizon is dedicated to their clients and each other, ensuring quality care. Staff members express passion for their work and appreciation for management's genuine concern for both clients and employees. Clients highlight the kindness and patience of caregivers, as well as efficient communication and simple billing processes.
I have been attending Prime Horizon since 2018. We do lots of different activities such as cooking club, art classes, exercising, campfire discussions, shopping (my favorite) and walks to name a few of the things. I enjoy going on all of the outings! All of the day service staff are amazing and caring. I look forward to going to Prime Horizon daily and seeing what fun things we are going to do (especially cookie club which is coming up).

My husband and I are guardians for Shirley Carter. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tabatha at the norport home. Ever since she moved into the home about 5+ years ago she has progressed in getting so much healthier but also her social skills(sometimes not as favorable as we would like)have greatly improved. Tabatha and also the caregivers are phenomenal.
Shirley also loves going to the day program. Sarah and her assistants have also made a huge impact on Shirleys wellbeing.
We are so grateful for everyone involved with Shirley.
Truly wonderful care of my son with autistic d/o at this day program. Program director is first rate. Folks are treated with compassion, dignity and respect. My strongest possible recommendation!!!
