I cannot say enough wonderful things about pool and spa! We had our pool installed when we moved and serviced and they are awesome. The owner Forrest is terrific and the staff Pedro the head technician is knowledgeable and knows the pool technology very well. He explains things very well and with the app on my phone I can send Pedro or the owner Forrest a text with any questions a
Bout the pool settings. This happens rarely but I always get an answer right away. They provide outstanding service and knowledge . I would definitely recommend without hesitation!
We ordered our salt water pool in 2021 from Springs because our daughter had Springs build them a pool 15 years ago with no problems! Just joy! Our pool opened in June 2022 and we love it! Into the 5th year! Thank you Forest.
And, our pool manager Pedro (who was a worker when it was built!) is tremendous...he fixes, maintains and explains. And, he answers all questions I have --in person and by phone. Thank you, Pedro! 10plus! And, he always phones to remind you of his visit! Thank you, Pedro!
We’ve been using Springs pools to maintain our pool/tub for over two years now and the service has been fantastic. I would like to call out Pedro who has been our tech this whole time. He always shows up, does a fantastic job, and has a terrific customer service attitude. Thank you Pedro!
