CrossFit Diligence is a well-organized and clean CrossFit gym with a friendly and supportive community. I love this place because of the people. From my first day I felt like I was home. In addition it's a great facility with quality equipment. Plus the coaches are knowledgeable and attentive.

My husband and I dropped in for a Saturday AM WOD while on vacation. We were greeted immediately by the staff and fellow athletes. Our coach did an excellent job explaining the workout, intended stimulus, and demonstrating the movements. He also made a point to ask if we had any injuries which I thought was very professional. The space is clean and organized. Lots of parking. Highly recommend!
