The service rep Jesse helped us out this week and was very professional and easy to work with, he truly represents the company well. Will definitely use Point Heating and cooling in the future.

Rob was really great with an honest evaluation and clear explanation of our options. He was responsive and had great communication as well. With installation, Jesse and Clayton were fantastic. Highly professional and went the extra step to make the process easy for us. They explained the set up with the new thermostat and we would definitely use them again and recommend them highly!
