Sean, the cashier that checked me out was very attentive, kind, caring and compassionate. Not just with me either, I saw how he handled and cared for the members in front of me as well.

The layout of the store, seemed to be a bit scattered throughout the store, I would have liked to see some adoptable pets maybe from our humane society there such as cats or maybe even dogs. Maybe this is something you already do and I'm just unaware of this. I know with your competitor PetSmart this is something I really enjoy. Also, I was in there for a bit due to personal confusion I couldn't find the proper kitty litter to best suit my needs. I did eventually find one but took...read full review

A bit pricey but huge selection. Only real complaint about my nearest Petco is there is usually a lot of product around the store waiting to be put away. Sometimes it’s hard to get to the products I need.

Before going to the store, I looked online at the website. I found the item and decided to drive to the store and pick it up. After a couple laps of the store, looking for the item and no luck, I waited and asked the employee at the check-out. He quickly dismissed me until I mentioned I researched it online. He then asked his manager, who came up and quickly pointed to the item on a shelf right next to check-out. Good job Manager, bad attitude Check-out dude.
