I ordered online and received an email saying my order arrived, and to wait about an hour before coming in to pick it up. Well, it's been a little more than an hour and I came into the gate, called the number on the sign and after it rang about 30 times someone picked up and said my order had not been unloaded yet. Now we wait. Received 11:05 Thanks.

Menards of Plover WI is one of my favorite hardware and home improvement stores. They usually always have the things I need in stock and the staff is most helpful! Their prices are among the best in the area too…

I'd like to leave a better review with five stars because I love Menards just in general but they need to do a better job of hiring people that are knowledgeable about the department's they work in. Don't have little Cindy Lue Hoo working in the Hand Tools section and doesn't know what a Brick Stretcher is, or where they stock the Blinker Fluid. But in all Honesty if you aren't familiar with a Drop Cord or a Cats Claw....well this probably isn't the Department for you. But I guess Blonde hair, good teeth and a solid smile gets you a Pass at Menards.
