Very through and explanatory of why we need brake pads and engine flush and rotation of tires. Showed us where to find coupons and by taking this survey more percentages off. They were very helpful and friendly .

They give you $20 off if you give them a five star review that’s why the five stars they didn’t check my tires three are at 37 one was at 33 paperwork says they were all at 35 did not top off my washer solvent paper says they did. They did not clean my windows. Receipt says they did. If it wasn’t for the $20 I can give them to stars.

If you need work done to your vehicle, come to this Jiffy Lube location. They handle their business in a way that makes you forget this establishment is a chain. They are fair and honest. Also, they do WAY more than just oil changes there. They can handle just about anything and do it in a way that lets you know they care about their customers.
