Don't make an appointment online! Apparently it doesn't mean anything you would be better off to just walk in. SMH this notice needs to be posted on the site so people can make an informed decision. I showed up on time only to learn I had to wait for walk in's. I made the appointment for a certain time for a reason! Heaven did a great job with my trim though !

You get what you pay for. They always do an excellent job on my young children but they rush through mine. I normally tip 80-100% because I know they're not making much and I only go here if I'm desperate. When scheduling online you can only schedule a regular cut, not a style afterwards or a wash or any other services. They also don't let you add them on after you've shown up which is weird because you'd think they'd want to make money but I guess not.

I needed a quick snip and I was thankful to get in ! the girl on the phone said " we are not busy now but we never know how busy we'll get toward the end of the day". And she was not kidding. I got there 5 mins later, got checked in and had a small wait but while i waited like 6 ppl walked in! Lovely stylists, great conversation and i love my cut!Very clean, fast and efficient and i see i could go back for more if i wanted! saw many ppl getting color and treatments!Great price! Fast!
