“I try out a place a few times before giving a review, and it’s safe to say this place earns all five of the given stars. Art sets me up every time, and I can’t think of a single complain.I will say this though, it’s definitely more of an “urban” feel, which growing up in/around Chicago, I’m right at home. The music is turned up, thoughts are shared. I personally love it, but if you’re looking for an “old school” barber, definitely feel it out first.“

“I have been coming here for about a year and have always had a great experience but today was something different. Today I had Corina cut my hair and I have never had a better experience. As I sat down she started talking to me about what I would like done with my hair. After a few moments of speaking with her I had never felt more confident in the haircut I was about to get. “my almost 3 yr old, has special needs as he is non verbal and autistic. this was his second time going to the chop shop + the lady (forgot her name ?) was amazing handling him. he cried the entire time unfortunately + would not sit still bc he doesn’t like being touched however she was extremely calm + patient the entire time! she offered him breaks and suckers and toys! she was so0 kind! the haircut looks amazing too! we’re beyond satisfied, ty!“
