It was a pleasure to work with Randy's getting my septic system cleaned out. I am new to country living and was not sure what I needed to do. The owner came out on a saturday inbetween rain showers and got everything taken care of in no time. He answered all my questions and helped me to know how to take care of my spetic. He was fun to joke around with and had great stories of things he has seen flushed that should not have been. "just ask, he will tell you."I will keep using him any time my system needs to be treated!
We had a bit of an emergency when water got left on and filled our holding tank. The company we previously worked with was a nightmare to schedule with. We called Randy's, and he went out of his way to come visit us the same day we called! Great price, super nice, and very accommodating. We'll definitely be using them in the future.
For years had been using a local compedator, like clock work my sewer alarm light was going off every 3 months, and I live alone. The toilet, washer and dishwasher shower, where ran consistently every week. But sponge baths and shampooing of the hair where thrown outside, simple grey water. So imagine the ? shock and disgust after being "actually" pumped out by Randy, how much money these other guys made off of me no wonder they were always in Mexico!..... NEVER AGAIN.....!
