Great organization to do business with! Right from the start, Chris was clear and timely with estimates and scheduling. On the day of work, John and his team arrived, got to work, and did a fantastic job of leveling my problem areas. You can tell when people know what they’re doing - and this crew gets it! Drilling creates lots of dust but they cleanup up well and respected my property. A special shout out to John for his interactions with me and his attention to detail. I’m picky about contractors on my property and the work they do… but I’d welcome Mud Jack Experts back anytime!
John and his crew came out this morning. They were courteous and respectful of the property. Their project was to raise and level out the back patio and the front Sidewalk they did an excellent job.
Phenomenal experience from initial phone call to job completion. Christian was prompt and thorough in his assessment. I also appreciated the honesty he offered for areas that could not be done safely or even effectively. John and his team completed our front sidewalks and back stamped patio quickly, ensuring everything pitched away from the home. They even repaired an additional section that had a trip hazard which was great and cleaned up very well once they were finished. Oh, and they use concrete rather than mud to ensure the repairs are long lasting.
