I was sent to pick up a trailer that was hit in a customer's yard and my fleet sent one of their drivers with a wrecker to lift it for me as the trailer was leaning. The operator that was sent was very friendly and professional, he knew what he wanted to as soon as he pulled up to the location and was very clear about what he needed from me as well. Truck tire blew and we bent a rim with a full load in the back, day looking completely over. Jai showed up ridiculously fast, lifted us and drove us to the tire shop, talked the tire shop into taking care of us asap. We were back on the road in about 45 min. Amazing experience all around, jai was very friendly and helpful the whole time .
