Best people to work with, always willing to help out in any situation and best turn around time. I've worked with just about every tow truck company in SE Wisconsin and they are far the best.
The guys at Ken Weber really went the extra mile for me when I had an accident and had to get my car towed. I called to get the rest of my stuff but it was past their business hours and the nice guy answering the after hours line said I may be able to call on Saturday and get in to get the rest of my things. Fast forward to Saturday when they did pick up and set up a time to get me in there, and then we're extremely patient and waited for me when I forgot part of my paperwork and had to run back and forth to grab it, were as helpful as they could be the whole time they really took care of me/us in a stressful time.
I blew a tire on my pickup truck on Sunday afternoon at 1pm, heading back to Racine from my daughter's tournament. Couldn't believe how quickly Ken Weber Truck Service got there to tow my truck and help transport my family. They went above and beyond my expectations!! Forever grateful for your company assisting my family and I getting to the Tire Repair Station. Thank you again!!!!
