I breezed over some of these reviews and honestly I feel like your experience is dependent on who you are working with. I absolutely love the provider I had. I felt supported, heard, and in control of my care. My provider was there to inform me of my options and assist me in meeting my needs. This is what you make it. If you aren't getting your needs met, try a different provider.
I have had the best experiences with this health team. My provider, Bobbi Jo Durst, is extremely helpful. She answered ALL of my questions and she doesn’t make me feel too uncomfortable to ask them. She properly educated me on not only my condition, but also on my medications. She also educated me on what I had been previously prescribed, which made us realize that one of my medications was almost having a negative effect on me. She not only ‘fixed’ some of my concerns, but she informed me on why and how. I appreciate everyone who worked with me and even those in the background who didn’t work directly with me.
