I have known Sheppards carpet for over 30 years. I have dealt with them on a personal level and, on occasion, used them as a source in my interior design business. In a business that can be dishonest and prey on people, the Sheppard family stands out as an honest and fair retailer who genuinely put the customer's interests ahead of their own. Most recently, I needed to replace a large carpet in our workroom that we bought from Sheppards 12 years ago. We just love Sheppards Flooring for thier attention to detail and thier customer service is amazing. The owners came out to our home twice to check on the progress personally. We appreciate the family answering all of our questions and working with us while we needed to move our furniture around while the floor was being done. I would reccommend this family business to anyone needing new flooring!!! Thank you for making our home look beautiful again!!!
everything has been just great except I'm still waiting for you to repair the threshhold netween the laundry room and the hall. Can we please set a firm day and time for this repair? Please repond!
