Oh my lord I’m ever so grateful for this office! My big ole dumb dumb had an accident in our backyard and I couldn’t get in touch with our regular vet. I called around and initially they told me they wouldn’t be able to treat her. Understandable considering we weren’t established there. Not even 10 minutes later they called me back and were able to squeeze us in. My girl received x- rays and pain management. The staff was so incredibly sweet and understanding. Mind you this was the day before 4th of July, trying to get in to be seen anywhere was a challenge on its own. They were extremely transparent with their pricing. There was no being taken advantage of due to an emergency. All around it was a wonderful experience due to the circumstances. Thank you for all that you did for Mila! 💜💜💜

The staff shows so much compassion for both people and their pets, especially the techs and receptionists, who I've had so much (too much? 😂) interaction with over the years since I've moved to Oshkosh.
