Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I do know that the Doctor my dog sees, however, is not listed on the website. So i have absolutely no idea what her name is, as the photo of her does not look like the person who has been caring for my dog. Also, I took my dog in for some gastrointestinal issues, and ended up basically paying the same price as I would have if I took her to BluePearl’s ER. Not sure if that is pretty typical across vets, but that seems a bit excessive. Everything considered, I would still highly recommend Valley Vet.

First time visit/client. Staff bent over backwards making certain That I was comfortable both with the front end staff as well as the tech and vet. All questions/concerns were handled professionally and in a friendly manner

I was happy overall with the people and the way they explained everything along with cost before they did anything, I don't know if you could call it pricey or not because it seems like all vets are pricey, but at least they give you a choice and Winchester got great care, so that's what counts.
