Terrible establishment. The trainers don't know what they're doing and don't care about creating a workout program that helps you get to your goals. If you want to lose 5 pounds over 8 years then this is the perfect place for you to waste your money.

I came in looking for help post knee replacement and was so pleased by the services received. They took into account all of my health conditions and set up programs to move me forward. If I couldn’t do something adjustments were made immediately and the workout continued. Great place, wonderful staff who really provide individualized workout plans.
