ServiceMaster Recovery by Restoration Holdings has been a trusted disaster recovery expert since 1996, specializing in full-service restoration and cleaning for flood, fire, and other emergencies. Their dedicated team responds quickly to job requests, ensuring efficient management of the recovery process. Recent reviews highlight the exceptional service provided by Logan, who has been praised for his professionalism, communication skills, and trustworthy approach. Customers appreciate his regular updates and personal attention, as he worked closely with them and their insurance companies throughout the mitigation process. The company recently helped restore a historic chapel floor at Riverside Cemetery, where a honeycomb tile from the 1920s was deep cleaned and restored. The old tile sealer, which had turned yellow and attracted dirt over the years, was effectively removed using the right products, resulting in a beautiful and easy-to-maintain floor. Reviews also emphasize Logan’s knowledgeable, empathetic, and honest service from start to finish. His friendly and efficient approach left customers highly satisfied, with many recommending him and his crew for their professionalism and trustworthiness. Overall, ServiceMaster is highly recommended for anyone in need of restoration services in Oshkosh.
I’m holding off on a final rating for the company until the restoration is fully complete, but I want to give a shout-out now to three team members who, as of recent, have been placed as my home restoration team. Johnathan, Ja'Kobe, and Drake have made this experience less stressful through constant, excellent communication and top-tier customer service. A special thank you to Ja'Kobe for going above and beyond!
We had several Service Techs at our home. Drake, Eric, Rick, Diego and Jacobie. They called ahead and told us when they would arrive. They were informative when asked questions or if they didn’t know they found out and got back to us what we needed to know. We know that we didn’t have as much water damage as some near by cities but they still got us on their schedule & helped us out.
Thank you to Joe and his crew. Got things done and we were able to reopen 2wks after the Starbucks fire that affected Teriyaki Madness too. Took a lot of hard work, but they did it!
