Our dog had a ruptured spleen and needed emergency surgery. Dr. Kyle was concise and compassionate in spelling out our options so we could make an informed decision for our fur baby. He did the surgery after normal business hours, stayed with her until he was sure she was stable, and called us with her progress. She’s home now, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up call again today regarding her progress and to answer any questions we may have. The cost was reasonable as well. We’ve only ever had good experiences with the doctors and employees at Lakeside for any of our pets!

My cat Bootsy had been having health issues and the care I have been receiving from Dr Kyle, the technicians and the front desk staff has been amazing. They have gone above and beyond with guidance and answering my questions. Recently we had to euthanize Bootsy and the gentle compassion we received was so comforting. Thankful and grateful for all you do.
