Find a different accounting firm in the Fox Cities!I contacted my insurance agent with questions I had about starting a new business. At no point in the discussion, did she mention how much she would be billing me. After the conversation, this agent notified me via a phone message that there would be a 20 dollar charge for a permit. Again, there was no written or verbal communication about more charges. I received a bill for $330 dollars. $120 for the 20 minute conversation and $220 for the permit.
