Arrived on time. Changed lock, explained it's use; knowledgeable and very friendly. If something goes wrong, he will remove and replace and deal with warranty. Would definitelyrecommend.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jacobson Lock & Key!! The fob for my van wasn't working right and I was originally going to get a whole new one but Kyle offered to check if it was just the pad and battery. It was. He saved me $150! It took him less than 10 minutes to fix. Highly recommend 20/10.
