They did a fantastic job with a group of 12 teens for Prom! The driver Susan was a hit with both the teens and parents and made sure the teens had a good time! Limo was clean! The kids could bluetooth music. Great experience with his limo company! Highly recommend!
My husband and I used Elegant Image Limousine LLC to rent the escalade limousine and bus for our wedding day to transfer our guests from the venue to their hotel. Jerry was awesome to work with and always got back to us in a timely matter. The driver was equally awesome as he waited for the last of our wedding party a little after midnight to get into the limousine for a safe ride back. He was patient and kind. This service did not disappoint!
The driver was nice and took us to and from our destinations just fine. However the stereo would not work with our phones and we ended up playing music on our phones to make the ride more enjoyable. It would have been nice if the driver made sure that it was all sorted out before we got rolling, otherwise we would have booked something more affordable. We also cut out several stops and they wouldn't comp the price at all for the lower mileage. Not thrilled with how they conduct business. Nice enough driver but I can't say I'd work with them or recommend their services again.
