I was a visitor from out of town who lost a nose pad on my glasses. Cali and Da Vinci were very helpful and helping me find a replacement despite the fact that my glasses were an unusual kind. In five minutes I was back in glasses, in comfort and full of gratitude. They refused to take any money for it.
