Got first hair cuts for my kids and trims for me and the husband. The nice lady who helped us was so patient with both my kids. We were walk-ins and barely waited 1 minute before being seen. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Just had my hair done by the apprentice Justin. I hope cost cutters never lets him go. I have been cutting my hair for 3 years after a different salon cut 6 inches of my hair. After telling Justin my fear of getting my hair cut he took the time and explain step by step what he was doing so I wouldn’t be scared. He was excited to do a treatment to my hair, walked me through what products will do what to my hair, and even did a light style just so I can see how my hair will lay in the end. This was the only place I could get a walk in appointment at on a Friday. Janiel took my call and got me in for a haircut and wax within a hour. She did a great job making my long damaged hair a bit shorter as requested, and gorgeous. Eyebrows were back to looking cleaned up and neat as well. When I went to check out she managed to squeeze me in the next day for a specialty color and partial highlight. Which leaves me now feeling refreshed and extremely satisfied with my new frock. I recommend this artist and facility. In the time I was here no one left upset with their services.
