“There's so many great things about Heartwood, first of which is they didn't pressure me for a review during or after service. It was never a consideration. They let the work speak for itself.

I didn't realize it at the time, but 2 of my 3 service dates were with the co-owners themselves which I found really refreshing. They didn't make a big deal out of it. The first was with Garrett, who took the time to discuss the different options I had for tree care. He actually measured the tree (not guesstimated like other people had) and we talked about pruning or replacement options. I appreciated his suggestions and went with a red maple. He sent an estimate that was on par with others I had. The last was with Brent, who planted the tree himself and answered the many questions I had. He was patient and kind. And he even replaced the brick wall around the tree site in question. I really appreciated that, as I have a back injury that would've made it difficult to do on my own.

There was some rescheduling, and for a moment they were out of stock on the tree I had ordered, but Brent was able to resolve the issue and source one for me. It's absolutely gorgeous. He took the time to explain how to care for the new tree and that they will follow up in the years to come. The company was highly responsive from giving me the quote to sending me the invoice. They are consummate professionals and I can't recommend them highly enough.“
