5 stars isn't enough. they worked through the snow and rain and 35-degree temps. Jesse and the crew did an outstanding job, we could not be happier. everything was done as was expected per the plan, Chad did a fantastic job getting everything ready and he was always in good communication with us. i would highly recommend them. our fence was not small it was close to 400 feet long. thanks again.

We had them replace all of our old irrigation heads and ran a couple new lines on the old system to provide better coverage. They were very helpful with explaining our options, a reasonable price, and excellent service response. Highly recommend them.

We recently relocated to La Crosse from San Diego. Our new house had an above ground pool that needed too much work, so we decided to have it removed. That left an unsightly mess in the backyard. We had some landscaping ideas and received three bids on the job. Enter Phillips’s Fencing and Outdoor Services!
