At both Onalaska and La Crosse locations, the staff are friendly and treat pets like their own, providing wonderful experiences for furry friends. Adding daily walks to boarding stays is an option, and pets always return home happy and tired. For grooming, Jamie and Dina are highly recommended, providing quality services that leave pets looking amazing. We have boarded our dog at the Onalaska location 3 times now and have had wonderful experiences each time. We currently used the La Crosse location for the 1st time, Onalaska was booked since it was Easter weekend, and we had a great experience with the staff there as well! We add on the daily walk when she is there, we are so thankful that is an option to add on to her stay. She always comes home happy and tired. The staff at both locations have been so friendly and you can tell they treat the dogs as if they were their own. I would definitely recommend Pet Me Scratch Me to anyone looking for boarding, you guys are great!
Never disappointed with Jamie. Whenever Minnie gets her grooming, she comes back looking like another dog. This time even Minnie looked like she was smiling! Definitely the place to go for a quality grooming experience.
Dina at Pet Me Scratch Me is fantastic! Our 3 dogs look amazing! Dina was attentive and patient when listening to what we were looking for with our dogs grooming. Dina is extremely knowledgeable about grooming and is very experienced! She was helpful with ideas and tips to keep them looking good between groomings too! Dina absolutely wanted to make sure we were happy as well which we really appreciated! We will definitely continue to bring our dogs to see Dina for their grooming!
