“We recently relocated to La Crosse from San Diego. Our new house had an above ground pool that needed too much work, so we decided to have it removed. That left an unsightly mess in the backyard. We had some landscaping ideas and received three bids on the job. Enter Phillips’s Fencing and Outdoor Services! Their bid wasn’t the lowest, but after meeting with Christian and Trevor, we felt they were the folks with whom to do business. They were both meticulous in planning the details of our deck work, pavers, and plant selection, and then in executing our project. Every step of the way, we were kept apprised of the progress. The crew stayed on our job until it was complete, and didn’t leave us hanging to work on other jobs at the same time. The workers were always on time and kept us informed if they had to leave the property. Additionally, they were so pleasant, and best of all, quiet workers. We never heard swearing or complaining about the job or the company, which we have experienced with other companies in the past. Kayla in the office kept us aware of every delivery, work schedules, etc. Are we happy with this company? ABSOLUTELY! We would recommend them without question. Our property has been beautifully transformed, and we are looking forward to the Spring when Phillips will continue with Phase 2 of our makeover!“
