My first call to your business was answered by Jamie. She was so polite and professional as she went through the new client questions with me. A week after that, I came in with Prada's vet records to be copied. I got to meet Jamie in person that day. Again, very nice and very professional. When we came in on 1/26 with Prada, the vet tech briefly met Prada and suggested that she be sedated for her appointment. We agreed, as Prada does not do well with new people and new situations. The most caring and professional group of individuals you could ever meet. I have a rescued English Mastiff who has a lot of fear of strangers. Dr. Marx got down on the floor and let my dog get comfortable enough for her to exam. They are so compassionate when you lose a family member. Could not ask for a more caring group to be there for me and my family.
