Stopped at this Prevea to sign a form needed in the Green Bay office before an appointment could be scheduled. Helen, at the check in desk was amazing!! She went way above and beyond - she put a note in the computer saying it was signed as it wouldn’t be scanned right away, she then called Green Bay and scheduled the appointment for us, also letting them know the form was signed. This lady is the model for superior customer service!!! Thank you Helen!

I don't see a doctor here, but I do stop here for testing because it is closer to my house and more convenient for me. When I check in to let them know I am there I never schedule a appointment and they always are on top of things and I'm in and out within 5-10 minutes.

I recently had Umbilical Hernia repair surgery performed at Prevea Oconto Falls. Everyone from the Doctor's, Nurses, and Staff treated me extremely well, and my surgery was a success.
