Loss is always hard but when I say that James from Jones Funeral Service helped us along our journey, I mean it. Late April, we lost my grandmother after her very short stint in one of Oconto's care homes. She was taken to Jones and was given such care. Normally I would think it would be odd to write a Google review for something so morbid but I had to write about the amazing service James had provided. We lost both our mother and our father within a few years’ time. Greg Jones was there with us every step of the way to help us arrange our final good-byes. The tremendous grief that comes with the loss of a loved one makes handling the final arrangements a daunting venture. With Gregs compassion, professionalism and knowledge of both of our parents personally, he was able to guide us through the process of planning their services and making the necessary arrangements that would be needed.
