I had a great conversation with Melanie about design and trends and tiles! And she helped me with the metal trim (I forgot what it's called ) to finish a tile when bullnose isn't used. Dan Y is always helpful too. He wasn't there today while I was in. I also purchased our carpeting from Y's ways and look forward to scheduling our install.
