I got my hair cut and partially highlighted I wasn't completely happy I called within a week to possibly have it fixed but they have a 7-Day policy that if you're not happy with it you can come back and have it fixed I called within the 7 days and found out that you have to have it done within the 7 days so I was kind of bummed but I found out that the woman who did my hair actually put in more time on it so she did a good job within the budget I gave her and actually put in more time, even though I wasn't happy with it she did put in extra work.

Went here for my sons (about 18 months at the time) second hair cut. We saw Joslyn (after receiving multiple recommendations for her) and she was AMAZING. She took her time and was so patient with my son. His hair looked phenomenal when she was done. She’s the only person I recommend now when people ask. We haven’t gone in since covid, but I keep hoping she’s still there because we will be a regular!

I have been a customer at Cost Cutters in Oconomowoc for almost 25 years. I have never had a bad experience and love my haircuts. The ladies know me and what I like! Can’t wait until they reopen so I can get my hair back to normal!
