We have used Alpha in the past, and will continue to in the future.
Last night my AC unit stopped working. I went online to do a service request (not expecting a response at night).
Kim emailed me within the hour a time slot for the next day.
Russ showed up and assessed the problem quickly.
Always professional and courteous.
We had a wonderful experience with alpha heating and cooling. Our AC went out right before a major heat wave and we had it replaced within a day by Alpha. They have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and are a great company to work with. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I look forward to working with them when we finally need to replace our furnace. Thank you for a great experience.
Last year we bought our home and we had Russ come out to look at our aging (30 year old) AC Unit. He was very transparent, honest, and helpful with supplying us with the information we needed and was not too pushy on the sale as most companies are.
Fast forward to this week with the highest temperatures of the year, and we finally decided it was time to pull the trigger on a new unit. We called, and Kim was very helpful with getting us set up and walking us through the process.
